Our 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, granting you a month from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please be aware that you are responsible for covering all return shipping costs to prevent misuse. For your security, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly examine it. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue and rectify it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to obtain the item you desire is to return the product you have. Once your return is approved, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the approval or denial of the refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
